Realistic nipples, softer silicone, and even more bounce and movement! These perfect silicone breast forms from TRANSFORM are developed for the male torso and feel even softer than our SuperSoft breast forms! The new membrane has a more matte, smooth texture than our TRANSFORM Classic 1 breast forms for an more natural appearance and more movement and bounce.

Best of all, our TRANSFORM Premier Classic 1 breast forms feature a new more realistic nipple built in to the breast form. The internal textured nipple blends smoothly across the form to look and feel just like a real nipple. The unique asymmetrical shape fits left and right with a curved side wing. This adds fullness towards the underarm, just like a natural breast, making shoulders appear smaller.

TRANSFORM Premier Classic 1 breast forms are packaged in a beautiful feminine box. Inside the box is a plastic cradle, each side holding one breast form. This cradle is great for storing your breast forms when they’re not being worn.

How to use this fitting chart

Intersect your bra band size (the number) with the cup size you want to achieve. Where the two intersect, that is the breast form size that will fill that bra. Example: 40C is a size 6.

Please be sure you want to keep your breast forms before you use any adhesives or apply an attachable form.

Breast forms that have been used with adhesives cannot be returned or exchanged.

All TRANSFORM Breast Forms are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for one year from date of purchase.

TRANSFORM breast forms are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures by sharp objects, excessive pressure being placed on them, excessive heat, or other actions that would not be consistent with normal wearing of a breast prosthesis.

TRANSFORM breast forms are also not guaranteed for use with any adhesives, with the exception of Double-Sided Tapes, Staysput, It Stays! adhesive and/or Skin Tac Wipes. Any other adhesive use with TRANSFORM breast forms will void this warranty.

TRANSFORM breast forms are warranted against failure of the double-strength membrane on the back side of the forms caused by double-sided adhesive tapes manufactured for and sold by The Breast Form Store and its affiliates.

IMPORTANT: While many of our clients are using medical grade adhesives, adhesive sprays, medical grade tapes and removers with success, we regret that we cannot provide any guarantee if they are used. If you are considering any method of attaching TRANSFORM breast forms, please do so with caution, knowing that this will void your warranty.

 

A very safe and easy adhesive remover is baby oil. It is safe to use with both liquid adhesives and double-sided tapes, as that baby oil neutralises most adhesives. Apply to edges of tapes and slowly remove tapes as adhesive is neutralised.

 

Claims

All claims under this guarantee require the return of the breast forms to The Breast Form Store. Breast forms cannot be returned without a Warranty Authorization Number. Please contact us for an authorization number.

Shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. The guarantee only extends to the initial pair of breast forms purchased and not to any replacement forms issued.

 

Never sleep ON your silicone breast forms. Your weight may burst them!
